SHIPPING
WHEN WILL THE ORDER SHIP AFTER PURCHASING?
We work hard to get the product to you as soon as possible. You will receive tracking information as soon as the item is shipped.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME?
Once you receive your shipping confirmation, you should receive the product within 4-8 business days in the Contiguous US & Canada, 7-12 business days for Non-Contiguous US (PR, HI, AK), and over two weeks for all other international orders. You can track the order estimated arrival date from the shipping confirmation you receive.
HOW IS THE SHIPPING COST CALCULATED?
Your shipping cost is calculated based on your shipping address, chosen shipping method, and the weight of your order at checkout. Free shipping orders are usually shipped using USPS.
MY PACKAGE IS LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Our products are made from ingredients that are painstakingly sourced. We request that the Vedic Tiger community diligently track your package to accept delivery. If the order has been shipped to the correct address, you should be able to open a claim with the carrier directly. We are happy to provide any information you might need about the order to open your claim.
RETURNS
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Our products are made in small batches and handcrafted to ensure the highest quality, and your satisfaction is important to us. Purchases made directly from our site are eligible for an exchange or return with a store credit within seven days of receipt and only if the item is unopened and unused. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for the return/exchange; original shipping costs are not reimbursed.

MY PRODUCT DID NOT ARRIVE UP TO PAR, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We take full responsibility for the quality of our products. If, for some reason, you find that the product integrity is compromised, please immediately reach out to us at hello@vedictiger.com with your Order Number and a picture of the issue within 48 hours of receipt, and we will take care of you.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ONCE IS OPENED OR SLIGHTLY USED?
No. Unfortunately, given the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened items.
